Bundarra Farm -> Handcrafted just a few kilometres from our regenerative farm in Barham NSW, these traditional dry-fermented salamis are made using our pasture-raised heritage Berkshire pork — grown without antibiotics or synthetic chemicals and matured using slow, time-honoured European methods. Low-nitrate, slow-fermented, gluten-free.
