Good food deserves good tools. This October, FarmThru and Thomson Knife & Utility are giving one lucky winner a complete knife package: Thomson's classic Stainless Slicer and two steak knives, each handcrafted from Swedish stainless steel with Otway blackwood handles. The slicer is built for meat, poultry and fish, and makes short work of a smoked brisket or a rack of ribs. Entries open 1 October 2026 and close 31 October 2026 at 5PM AEST, with the winner drawn at random on 1 November 2026 at 10AM AEST. Please read the full terms and conditions below before entering.

- Promoter
This promotion is conducted by FarmThru, ABN 79 692 444 027, of Unit 14, 10–18 Orchard Road, Brookvale NSW (“Promoter”).
- Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 11:00am on 1/10/2026 and closes at 5pm on 31/10/2026 (“Promotion Period”).
All times are Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
- Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, persons directly involved in conducting the promotion, and their immediate family members.
The Promoter may request reasonable proof of identity, age and eligibility before awarding the prize.
- How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter the promotion by either of the following methods:
a. Comment Entry: Commenting on any eligible FarmThru Instagram post during the Promotion Period constitutes one entry per eligible post.
b. Purchase Entry: Making an eligible purchase from FarmThru during the Promotion Period constitutes one entry per eligible purchase transaction.
A participant may receive both comment entries and purchase entries during the Promotion Period.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Participants can enter without making a purchase by submitting an eligible comment in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
- Comment Entry Conditions
Participants may submit one comment entry per eligible FarmThru Instagram post during the Promotion Period.
Multiple comments made by the same participant on the same eligible post will not result in additional entries.
Comments must be genuine and relevant to the relevant post. Entries generated through automated systems, bots or other fraudulent means may be rejected.
- Purchase Entry Conditions
Each eligible purchase transaction made during the Promotion Period constitutes one entry.
Multiple individual products purchased within a single transaction do not constitute multiple entries.
The purchase must be a genuine purchase from FarmThru at the normal retail price.
A participant does not need to make a purchase to participate in the promotion.
- Prize
One winner will receive the following prize package:

Two Thomson Steak Knives
The approximate retail value of the complete prize package is $380 AUD.
The prize is supplied as one prize package and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The prize will only be awarded where its possession and transfer to the winner is lawful under applicable NSW and Australian law.
- Winner Selection
One winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place at 10am on 1/11/2026 at Unit 14, 10–18 Orchard Road, Brookvale NSW.
The winner will be selected using a randomised method from the complete pool of eligible entries.
- Winner Notification and Announcement
The winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their entry, where available, and/or by direct message through the Farm Fresh Fruit Instagram account.
A post announcing the winner will also be published on the FarmThru Instagram account following the draw.
The winner may be identified in the announcement by their Instagram username/handle, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
The winner must respond within 7 days of being notified.
- Unclaimed Prize
If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may conduct a further random draw from the remaining eligible entries to determine a replacement winner.
The replacement winner will be notified and announced in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
- Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entry where the Promoter reasonably believes that the entry:
does not comply with these Terms & Conditions;
is fraudulent, misleading or deceptive;
has been submitted using automated or prohibited means;
contains unlawful, offensive or inappropriate material; or
otherwise compromises the fair operation of the promotion.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering this promotion, each participant releases Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the promotion.
- Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled by the Promoter in accordance with applicable privacy obligations.
Information may be used for purposes including administering the promotion, contacting the winner and arranging delivery or collection of the prize.
- Changes to the Promotion
The Promoter will conduct the promotion in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
If a change becomes necessary, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to notify participants and make the updated information publicly available within a reasonable time before the change takes effect, subject to applicable law.
- Acceptance of Terms
By entering the promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
