
Our Story
The team at La'Connor Ridge raises heritage-breed pigs 100% outdoors on native pasture on their first-generation family farm in the beautiful Paterson Valley, NSW. They produce chemical-free pork, in partnership with Hungerford Meat Co. in the Hunter Valley, as well as nitrate-free ham and bacon.
Set on 150 acres, of which 80% is native Australian bushland, La'Connor Ridge is 100% Off-Grid and is also home to a herd of Red Devon Cows. Inspired by the regenerative farming movement, Amy, Tom, and their two young children have been building their farm from scratch for just a few short years. But their vision is multigenerational.
