Phil Mather and his family and friends head out each season to harvest olives from wild trees and relinquished groves. It's slow, hands-on work, and you can taste it.

Picking wild fruit gives the oil real flavour and character. It also helps protect native vegetation and ecology, because every olive picked is one that can't germinate and spread. All the fruit is gleaned from clean environments, free from spray and roadside pollution, on Kaurna, Ngarrindjeri and Peramangk Country.

The oil is unfiltered, full of nutrients, and pressed within two days of harvest. This is the final harvest of the 2026 season, the last pick before the trees rest.
