48-Hour fermented wholegrain gluten free sourdough folded with olive oil and Italian herbs, drizzled with a sweet syrup and sprinkled with Olsson’s Smoked Salt. Just like the “real thing” its fluffy and airy on the inside, oily and crunchy on the outside, these are also gum-free, nut-free, vegan.

Most gluten-free breads rely heavily on refined starches, with little or no wholegrain flour. My breads are made predominantly from whole grains, creating a more satisfying loaf with a gentler impact on blood sugar — and a flavour and texture closer to traditional bread. All products are also gum-free, using natural ingredients that are easier to digest.
