48-Hour Fermented Buckwheat Sourdough bagels with organic sesame seeds, nigella & poppy seeds. Crusty, pleasantly sour with a satisfying chew, made with wholegrain gluten free flour for a really flavourful, healthy and satiating sandwich.

Most gluten-free breads rely heavily on refined starches, with little or no wholegrain flour. My breads are made predominantly from wholegrains, creating a more satisfying loaf with a gentler impact on blood sugar — and a flavour and texture closer to traditional bread. All products are also gum-free, using natural ingredients that are easier to digest.

Vacuum-sealed in packs of 4, lasts in the fridge 3-5 days or frozen for 3 months. Defrost overnight on the counter, slice and toast or re-warm them from frozen in a 170c oven for about 20mins.
