Tuna caught one line at a time off the Canary Islands, hand-packed in brine. No fillers, no shortcuts, just fish, water and salt.

Line caught means exactly that, single hooks rather than nets, so there's no bycatch and the fish comes aboard whole and undamaged. Packed in brine rather than oil, it's a lean, clean, high-protein tuna with firm solid flakes and a pure flavour that takes on whatever you put with it. Good Fish work with Canary Island fisheries managed for the long haul, the same thinking we apply to soil, applied to the sea. One by one, traceable, wild caught, and packed in a BPA-free tin.
